A touch of spring

There was a touch of spring in the air yesterday. We spend the morning with some projects around the garden, mainly cutting down bushes, which took all moring. The afternoon was spend clearing cut of branches away and the kids collected the parts of the roof of the small barn that got thron all over the garden during last weeks storm. After they were finished they played their version of catch hide & seek and had a lot of fun. I put the washing outside on the clothline for the first time in ages and it dried off in 3 hours.

It was a day full of work an fun and much needed outside time for all of us. I do hope the weather stays like this. There are a few things I need to get done over the few weeks before I am no longer able to do anything safely.
