Struggles

 

Today was a tough day, I was meant to work from home today, the kids were arguing all day long. And all in all it was just a massive struggle. At one point in the morning I took the dog and Niklas and went for a walk with them, while Jacob and Johan stayed home, just to split the two of them up. We got back home and  minutes later the arguing started again. I didn't get much work done obviously. 

In the afternoon I devided to take the kids out for a 2 hours walk in the woods, in the hopes to tire them out and to stop the arguments. This worked thankfully for the time we were on the walk and they went to bed later with no fuss.

This whole Covid-19 is just taking a toll on us. The kids not going to daycare is really messing with them and even with the help of my Au pair, I am struggling to work from home 8/hrs a day and get work done. Plans from the government currently mean kids will most likely not return to daycare until August. Not sure how I will manage that to be honest.
